Add an option to view the Remote Manager window as a list or detail list view to easier list out longer remote names or if you have many remotes.

Just wanted to let you know that this feature has been added in version 1.1, which we’ve just released.
You can now switch the Remote Manager to a list / detail list view, making it much easier to browse long remote names or large numbers of remotes.
