Proton Drive remote setup problem

I bought the software today, downloaded it, set it up and my intention was to “link” or copy my OneDrive files to my Proton Drive. I could set-up and access my One Drive files via my OneDrive account and that was easy. But Proton is not a remote drive option (although all the help documents claim it is). I have set-up a “special” folder and am in the process of copying my OneDrive files to that folder. Then I plan to sync that “special” folder with my Proton Drive. But I have to set-up a job in Rclone View (I think) to run when I schedule it to update my personal computer files ? Note that I bought the Rclone Plus version as well.

Hi,

Thank you for purchasing our software, including the Plus version!

I apologize for the confusion regarding Proton Drive. We originally removed it from the remote options because its official support level in Rclone is only Tier 4. However, we have added it back and are sending you a restored version with Proton Drive support enabled:

With this updated version, you no longer need to use a local “special” folder as a workaround. You can set up Proton Drive directly as a remote, sync your files directly from OneDrive to Proton Drive, and easily schedule this job in RcloneView.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need help setting up your scheduled jobs.

Best regards,
RcloneView Team

Thanks - that worked, but I have since set-up a “Box” account. I have had a problem as my desktop will go to sleep after inactivity, but I thought Rclone ran in the background. My various “jobs” will basically pause and then I have to re-start them in Rclone once I am back on that computer. Not a big deal, now that I know it does this. I am also struggling with the set-up of the file synchronization. I have a test document I set-up on my desktop and would like to “synchronize” any changes to that file with my Box account. But I cannot get anything to work in Rclone. Advice ?
